Possible options of communicating

*Confidential*	Your identity will not be revealed to BONAFIDE. You must complete the fields in the "Informant data" section. Your data will only be accessible to CDAI staff who process your communication.
*Anonymous*	No one will know your identity. You do not need to fill in any "Informant data" field. CDAI will communicate with you through a chat that you will access via a locator and secure password provided when submitting the communication.
